Add QR Codes from the Frontend

We’ve introduced an update that allows customers to add QR codes directly from the frontend editor

This makes it easy to link printed products to websites, social profiles, menus, galleries, or any online destination — without any manual setup from the customer.

Note: This feature must be enabled by a store owner or admin in the design tool configuration before it becomes available on the frontend.

What’s new?

When this option is enabled, customers will be able to:

• Add a QR code element while customizing a product
• Enter a URL or link
• See the QR code generated instantly in the design

No external QR code generator is needed.

Who is this feature for?

• Admins / store owners: enable the option in the design tool configuration
• End customers: add and place QR codes directly while personalizing products

Customers will only see this option if it has been turned on by an admin.

QR codes can be used for:
